Agreement to Terms
By using the SentientUI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SentientUI to:
- Collect data on visitors without proper consent or knowledge (GDPR/CCPA violation)
- Track individuals for surveillance, stalking, or harassment
- Violate anyone's privacy rights or intellectual property rights
- Access another user's API keys or account without permission
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct
- Attack or circumvent the security of the service
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys and passwords confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Complying with all applicable laws
Billing
Plans:
- Free: 10,000 sessions/month, 1 project
- Starter: 100,000 sessions/month, 5 projects, $49/month
- Growth: 1,000,000 sessions/month, unlimited projects, $199/month
Billing occurs monthly. If you exceed your session limit, service pauses for new visitors until your limit resets — no overage charges apply. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
Limitations of Liability
SentientUI is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentientUI is not liable for loss of revenue, data, profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay outstanding invoices after 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your data is deleted according to our retention schedule (90 days for raw events, then permanently deleted).
Privacy and Data
Your use of SentientUI is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you collect data on EU residents, you must comply with GDPR, and we will execute a Data Processing Agreement with you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or court proceedings.
